Account and Google sign-in

• Select the user icon in the header and continue with your Google account.
• Use the same Google account to see favorites, offers, and orders associated with that profile.
• If sign-in does not complete, allow redirects and cookies for LendenBazaar, then try again.

Finding and checking a product

Search from the header or browse a furniture subcategory. Open a listing to review its condition, description, images, video where available, price, delivery charge, and pickup availability.

• Check measurements against doors, lifts, stairways, and the intended room.
• Review all media and disclosed signs of wear before making an offer or ordering.
• Use the favorite button to keep a listing available from your account.

Offers

Sign in, open an eligible listing, and choose Make an offer. The offer must be lower than the current listing price. A pending offer can be withdrawn from your offer activity until its status changes.

Checkout and orders

• Confirm your contact details, complete delivery address, delivery method, and payment-method preference.
• Review item subtotal, delivery fee, platform fee, and total before placing the order.
• Keep the displayed order number for delivery questions, cancellations, and issue reports.

Delivery or product issue

Inspect the item at handover. If it is the wrong item, materially different from its listing, or has significant undisclosed damage, preserve its delivered condition and collect clear photographs or video.

• Record the issue promptly after delivery.
• Do not repair, alter, resell, or dispose of the item while a review is open.

Safety

Use only the checkout and payment instructions shown by LendenBazaar. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or payment credentials, and do not treat an off-platform transfer as a LendenBazaar charge.
