LendenBazaar Guarantee

What the guarantee means

The LendenBazaar Guarantee supports eligible buyers when a delivered item is the wrong product, materially different from the listing, or has significant damage that was not disclosed before purchase. It does not make a pre-owned item new or remove normal wear described in the listing.

What may be covered

• The delivered product is not the product shown in the confirmed order.
• A major component, dimension, or condition detail materially conflicts with the listing.
• The product arrives with significant damage that is neither shown nor described in the listing.
• The order is confirmed but the product cannot be supplied or delivered for reasons outside the buyer's control.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, marks, fading, or repairs already visible or disclosed in the listing.
• Change of mind, style preference, or minor color variation between a screen and the physical item.
• A size or access issue where listing measurements were available but not checked by the buyer.
• Damage caused after handover, incorrect use, assembly by an unrelated party, repair, alteration, or relocation.
• Payments or arrangements made outside the LendenBazaar checkout and confirmed order process.

How to raise a claim

• Report the issue promptly after delivery and provide the order number.
• Submit clear photographs of the full item, affected area, packaging, and identifying details; include video when it helps show the issue.
• Keep the product and packaging in their delivered condition while the review is underway.
• Cooperate with any inspection, pickup, seller clarification, or additional evidence request.

Review and resolution

LendenBazaar reviews the listing, order record, delivery information, and evidence from the parties. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible resolution may include correction, return and refund, partial refund, or another reasonable remedy. Delivery and handling deductions may apply when permitted by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your legal rights

The LendenBazaar Guarantee is an additional marketplace process. It does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
